- Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground. Tracking numbers will be forwarded when your order ships. Customers will generally recieve tracking information within 3 business days of the purchase. Shipping time usually takes between 3 and 7 days depending on location. At this time, MyFunTrampoline.com ships merchandise to locations within the United States only.

Please read this policy carefully. These trampolines are of great quality and worth the purchase, but returning non-defective items can also be costly due to high shipping costs and restocking fees. Returning non-defective items can be expensive for both the customer and for MyFunTrampoline.com (we generally take a loss with each return in order to minimize impact to our customers).
Summary of Supplier Return Policy
1. Defective products may be returned at no cost to the customer.
2. All other returns completed at the convenience of the customer will be subject to the following fees:
a. Customer will be charged actual costs for shipping to and from the customer. These trampoline products are big and bulky, and cost approximately $110 to ship each way. Round trip shipping costs will be approximately $220 within the USA.
b. Restocking fee of 25% will be assessed, and will be based on wholesale value.
Note: MyFunTrampoline.com understands that the return policy for non-defective products is expensive (ie, 25% restocking fee). Unfortunately, this policy is directed by the supplier and we are stuck with it. The trampoline sets are big and bulky, and cost approximately $110 to ship each way within the USA. MyFunTramoline.com will, however, assess each return situation and ensure as much cash is refunded as possible. For example, MyFunTrampoline.com will apply any profits earned by the specific sale towards helping to pay the restocking fee, not to exceed the break even point. Please be careful when making purchases, as returns can turn into appreciable losses for customers and MyFunTrampoline.com. Return Policy for Refunds. New and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping to/from the delivery address plus a 25% restocking fee. Please note that all items returned for a refund must be returned unopened in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals. Refunds will be issued when products have been received and inspected by our warehouse. The customer is responsible for shipping costs; unless the reason for the return is that the product was defective/damaged during shipping or shipped in error. If you wish to return an item, please contact us via email or by phone and we'll reply with further instructions. The return process will include the following steps:
1. Customer emails or calls MyFunTrampoline.com (OK 3 Enterprises, LLC) customer service to start the return process. Please include full name, item, date of purchase and invoice number.
2. MyFunTrampoline.com Customer Service will coordinate with the supplier (Tohama, INC) to assign an RMA Authorization number and determine fees to be charged. The RMA Authorization number and return shipping (label) will be forwarded to the customer when the return is processed by the supplier (generally 1-2 business days).
3. Customer ships the item to the provided address with the RMA Authorization number clearly marked on the package.
4. Supplier receives the package, inspects the item and refunds MyFunTrampoline.com the appropriate amount.
5. MyFunTrampoline.com refunds the customer either by PayPal, Credit Card or by mailing a check (customer's choice).

If the order has NOT been processed, the order may be cancelled at no charge.
Return Procedure
1. Customer contacts MyFunTrampoline.com (OK 3 Enterprises, LLC) customer service to start the return process. Please include full name, item, date of purchase and invoice number. Please also indicate if you are returning due to the product being defective or damaged.
2. MyFunTrampoline.com will coordinate with the supplier (Tohama, INC) to assign an Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and determine fees to be charged. The RMA number and return shipping label(s) will be forwarded to the customer when the return is processed by the supplier (generally 2 business days).
3. Customer ships the item to the provided address with the RMA number clearly marked on the package. This should already be established and all the customer will need to do is to tape the shipping label onto the packages being returned.
4. Supplier receives the package, inspects the item and refunds MyFunTrampoline.com the appropriate amount.
5. MyFunTrampoline.com refunds the customer either by PayPal or by mailing a check. The entire process will take approximately the amount of time required to ship the product, inspect it and process the refund or replacement.
